Decent tool to help give a reason to call and identify hot prospects

What do you like best? Depending on how the prospect responds, it can uncover some potentially lost hot leads. This gives the rep a really specific and easy reason to call and close business. What do you dislike? Some of the responses listed as "hot" were not and tends to skew numbers for the reps. Excited with Initial Conversations

What do you like best? We have been using Conversica for about a month now and have been impressed by our early results. The engagement rate we have seen with our leads has been much higher than we expected. We have had great support and a good experience with Conversica.

What do you like best? The support is great! Ruby regularly brainstorms with us on ways to get the most out of our agent. She also helps us get the backend help as needed. What do you dislike? It's like having a full-time customer service agent!

What do you like best? It is a great way for us to follow-up on open opportunities and current prospects. We simply upload our lead list to Conversica and the AI does all the work. Then, we can focus on only those leads who respond and have an immediate interest. What do you dislike? Overall, it is a great program, I just wish that it would let you customize the conversations and lead contact fields more. Great Results - Excellent Service!

What do you like best? If you're implementing Conversica, then you cannot ask for better support than you'll get from the Conversica team. We still have bi-weekly meetings to discuss how we can optimize our conversations. We are also very happy with our overall ROI,. What do you dislike? Great tool for any call center!

What do you like best? Ease of implementation. Whether it be with Salesforce or simple FTP uploads, it's pretty easy to create new conversations and test different language. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a Head of Marketing whose department's primary objective is to drive quality leads, Conversica is one of few third-party tools we have incorporated into our marketing toolkit. Fantastic service with incredible results

What do you like best? The platform takes a lot of the follow up work out of the agent's hands. As a marketer, you can rest assured knowing that the leads aren't being wasted by lazy sales people. Additionally, Conversica is great at heeding customer's feedback and implementing new features that are asked for. What do you dislike? Some of the batch tools still aren't quite there. What do you like best? Conversica is the next best thing to a sales assistant and is able to move a lead through the sales funnel so that your sales people can focus more on "hand-raisers" and not "time-wasters." I also like that the system's responses have enough variation that it seems like a real person instead of a robot assistant. What do you dislike?
