What do you like best about Conversica? The biggest upside is that Conversica has almost completely removed the need for a sales person in the sales process. This, in turn, has led to higher efficiency across our sales' floor as well as a different approach when it comes to positions and roles needed. The ability to expand beyond just B2C outreach and into the business and servicing world will be key for our business as we head into the stretch of the season.
