What do you like best about Conversica? Conversica allows us to reach customers who have not recently visited the dealership and may be loss leaders. We are also able to better communicate and reach further clients. The amount of people who respond is far greater than other methods we have used in the past.

What do you like best about Conversica? CONVERSICA STAYS IN CONTACT WITH BOTH OUR SALES AND SERVICE CLIENTS, 365 DAYS A YEAR. THE CLIENTS RESPOND WITH GOOD INFORMATION, SOMETIMES WITH MORE DETAIL THAN WHEN WORKING WITH OUR STAFF.

What do you like best about Conversica? The communication through the A.I. is spot on. Everything work flawlessly. Most of the time, my customer feel like they are dealing with an actual person. I especially like the feedback that our customers give back. We have been able to make new appointments, correct servicing issues and use the system to have our virtual employees create recall leads. This allows me to task our actual employees in other areas. Saving time and better productivity.
