What do you like best? ConvergeHub allows you to not only engage four levers in your revenue generation efforts: marketing, sales, service and billing (in one platform), there are unlimited ways you can push data into ConvergeHub (Zapier, Import, API, Webhooks, etc). Excellent CRM

What do you like best? We have been looking for a CRM that could provide an ALL-IN-One solution. Convergehub has provided that solution for us. Easy to use and integrates with my Google Suite. Great Product, with lots of Flexibility

What do you like best? I like the ability to track all my biz in this tool. Not just CRM data, but I am able to track revenue as well. Good value for the cost. What do you dislike? None at this point. Support has been very responsive to my queries What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to tracks my leads thru the marketing and sales funnel as well as provide revenue metrics and post-sale customer support into a single tool.

Salesforce power at a fraction of the cost

What do you like best? The personalized service shows care and thought and is probably one of the things I look for before investing in new software. It’s great to have multiple things built into one solution. I like being able to customize the product to suit my needs. Sometimes I feel like Salesforce is overkill so it’s nice to have a solution for clients who are tight on budget. What do you dislike? It’s not for everyone. Still early in the process but very impressed so far

What do you like best? A very functional CRM - especially for the price. It provides our growing company the ability to improve our sales and customer interaction process, without going into debt like with other CRMs we considered. The interface is intuitive and the way the system is structured makes sense fairly quickly. What do you dislike? Parts of the UI look maybe a little aged...but that is subjective. Probably the most versatile CRM system I have used after 25 years in business.

What do you like best? The flexibility of the system. The user interface and the ease of use. It is almost intuitive when you set up the CRM as to how you want it. We took on an estate agent CRM system for one of our businesses. It was 'clunky' and almost painful to use it - within a few days we mapped Converge Hub to do want we wanted and the results have been fantastic. One the most Comprehensive CRM out there

What do you like best? The database of leads and the status of each and every lead has made it tremendously easily. Love the app and response times for amy customer support. What do you dislike? although its not the biggest deal, i wish the users were allowed a bit more flexibility when it comes to mapping fields. Easy to use and very Versatile

What do you like best? I like all of the options that I have and that I can now stop using so many different softwares for the same result as being able to use my CRM to bring in leads.
