PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CONTUS Mirrorfly is a great solution for Chat API. Super easy to set up and it really helps to drive customer engagement. Documentation is fantastic, in just a few hours we were able to create a prototype app that could chat with users. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I find it hard to remember life before MirrorFly. We all worked in a single open plan office but, like most offices, still communicated predominantly from our desks. Our go to IM tool was Skype and it was an easy way for conversations to get siloed.
