Straight-forward, useful, and a great value

What do you like best? I like that the core functionality is basic document management and electronic signatures without overly complicated or useless added "features". What do you dislike? ContractWorks is a great repository for contracts. I primarily use it for this fact.

What do you like best? It is easy to download contracts. The e-signature is also a great tool to use. It makes the signature process quick and efficient. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike at the moment. Great product! Works exactly as advertised.

What do you like best? This solution brings visibility across all of our contracts and automates date management and signatures in one place. Very flexible in how you want to house your contracts. What do you dislike? When signatures are needed you need to send to a specific address. If that is not correct, signers struggle to reassign. It is usually rejected and has to be reassigned. easy to use automated contracting system but lack API integration option

What do you like best? it's easy to use and well organized. it's very easy to find the right contract. don't need to hunt around. What do you dislike? Great product and awesome customer experience!

What do you like best? What I like best about ContractWorks is their simple feature and layout of the webpage. It is super user friendly and provides the essential attributes needed for the purposes of contracts. What do you dislike? The e-signature feature is helpful, however, it requires the exact name and email address which is limiting in the event where we or the counter signer doesn't know who will sign at the moment the the contract is sent out. Does what it says. Good customer support.

What do you like best? It is intuitive and easy to use. Fairly flexible to use. What do you dislike? Searching for text in documents is not as intuitive as other aspects of product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a central repository for all contracts. Also useful to assist in due diligences.

Great product that the whole company (in addition to legal) can utilize

What do you like best? Reports feature, once all the data is inputed; our monthly parking team loves the E-sign function What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very easy to use the system and meet compliance standards. The biggest challenge for any software deployment would be user buy in and the training and onboarding was easy. ContractWorks is incredibly easy to implement and very flexible.

What do you like best? The system is focused on making it easy to get agreements into the system and usable (e.g., searchable, reportable). Developing a well-defined organization structure, tagging, indexing etc. is not a barrier to entry. It's built to help you start using contract information immediately. It's then flexible enough to allow development and refining of organization and tagging as you go. Although the system does not presently have a lot of integrations with other ...
