What's the most impressive to me is that ContactWorks can create reports that include critical details such as which documents or contracts are nearing expiry dates and enable users to set email notifications before a document's expiration. ContractWorks has been an excellent tool for my company.

What do you like best? ContractWorks is very user friendly and extremely efficient. We have thousands of documents, and it is very easy to organize all of them. The ability to tag documents makes it easy to find necessary documents quickly, and the built-in e-signature feature has also made signing contracts super simple and quick. User friendly Contract Repository

What do you like best? Easy to Navigate, drag and drop, and stellar Help Resources. What do you dislike? Limited Auto-Tagging capabilities, so some manual tagging is required What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increased visibility to enterprise contracts with centralized repository and folder structure. Increased visibility on milestones for contract dates and compliance milestones. Reports give a fuller picture of contract portfolio.

ContractWorks covers our business needs at an affordale price

What do you like best? I use it most for signing documents, but our organization also uses it as a contract depository. I have also used it to find contracts. Both of these functions work well for us. I believe other staff members are using the tagging option to allow us to follow up on contracts as the expire. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ContractWorks is very userfriendly. I've used many systems to manage contracts, and this one is so far, my favorite. How contracts are organized, just makes sense with ContractWorks. The system also allows me to create easy to manage reports for my organization. Friendly User Platform - Easy to share with co-workers

What do you like best? The filters is a wonderful tool for easy search between the team. Also, the reminders for agreement's expiration dates is great to work ahead of time on renewals, etc. What do you dislike? Will be great to have more than one room in the same account (without to pay additional annual fee for an extra room) in order to maintain certain privacy for affiliated companies or different divisions under the same head quarter umbrella. Simple and Thorough

What do you like best? I like the simplicity with which you can start using the program. Just drop and drag your existing contracts into the program and you're already on your way. What do you dislike? There are not any big downsides that I can think of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problems that ContractWorks solves for our company are organization and searchability.

Organize Contracts and Track Due Dates

What do you like best? ContractWorks has allowed us to organize and centralize all of our contracts (>3,000). The automated feature to remind of upcoming termination dates has allowed time to negotiate more favorable lease rates for space leases - and helped avoid professional license expirations. Lean and mean

What do you like best? This a simple, intuitive program that has proven itself extremely valuable. Makes the process of storing, retrieving and most importantly managing contracts and their ancillary documents easy and effective. Features are well thought out, not just added for the sake of it.
