Good experience with a few hiccups/unexpected changes in moving to cloud-based version.

What do you like best? The new cloud-based version is much easier to navigate, is faster, and overall has better functionality. Being able to simply drag and drop documents saves a lot of time as well. What do you dislike? Two major setbacks for our team is 1) having the "Contract Logix Administrator" send out email alerts from a no-reply system rather than being generated from my email and 2) not seeing all the recipients an email went to when it come through. What do you like best? It sends out email alerts which is something I used to have to do manually What do you dislike? It's cumbersome to set up employee roles What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The previous CLX Pro system was very slow, but the Premium system is much faster so we can now require users to create their own contract records instead of doing it for them

A robust, user friendly and comprehensive system.

What do you like best? The ability to add users, multiple documents, amend fields, and have an easy to view dashboard showing activity. Plus, the reporting and sorting abilities are very helpful. What do you dislike? I have no issues with the system. My only complaint was the need to upload thousands of documents to use the system properly. What do you like best? The system is a robust system that is capable of creating, storing, saving so many documents and document types. What do you like best? Contract Logix Express is very user friendly - from setting up look-ups to designing your own view/fields that are critical for your contract tracking. Reports can be generated with as many fields as you want. Tasks and notifications can be set up for renewals or expirations. Documents can be sent through the system which is very useful. CLX is very user friendly and easily customizable

What do you like best? Ability to add custom fields and reporting capabilities What do you dislike? I wish there was a Notes section where you could add notes and have it time/date stamped w/user name under the Organization and Contract tabs What problems are you solving with the product? Still in implementation stages, but seems very flexible!

What do you like best? I like that you can create the data fields that you will need. Every company is different, and may be looking to track things a little different than the other. What do you dislike? It's not so much a system issue as it is that I'm not a back-end system type of person, so using the painters and learning all of the screens that are affected has been a challenge for me.
