What do you like best? The platform is simple to navigate. One can easily set up a story, a production calendar, request talent, etc. You can easily create standard workflows or customize based on the specificity of the project/content. We pre-paid a large sum for the year, and due to needs of our business, we were forced to cancel services. The Contently exec we spoke to was very aggressive during cancellation discussions, and tried to push us into using services we no longer require.
