Not Timely, Hard to use

What do you like best? I like that it looks nice and modern. That's about it. Good UI. Horrible UX. What do you dislike? Everything else. We use both Wordpress and Contentful, but I wish I could move everything back to wordpress. You never know when things will update and when an update is pushed through it could take HOURS. Additionally, it's so complicated on the back end that only our developers are allowed to approve changes making it a NIGHTMARE to use when someone is on vacation, ...

Great for serving content to apps

What do you like best? The ability to change content state (as draft, published, etc.). Very dynamic and useful. Easy to integrate using its API and key/environment structure. What do you dislike? A little bit difficult to set a custom data structure without providing JSON structure Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it! Use a test space to try all the great features it provides. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Build web pages and content libraries

What do you like best? Contentful is simple to use and comprehend, even for beginners in this sort platforms. What I like most about this platform is that it allows me to edit every type of content, coming in different formats, so our website is always renewed and grabbing attention. As a user of WordPress, I can tell Contentful is safer and more reliable than WordPress, so I definitely don't regret switching platforms at all. What do you dislike? To be frank, I have never come across ...

Great Headless CMS used by the Swiss Red Cross

What do you like best? Contentful is an extremely stable, secure and user-friendly system with high availability and speed. As an NPO, we can benefit from an extremely generous NPO price plan. What do you dislike? It's a pity we can't benefit from all the new features because the NPO pricing model has been adjusted. We'd be very happy to pay part of the cost, but we can't keep up with the "large space" model. Recommendations to others considering the product: Contentful has a very ...

Load content into apps

What do you like best? The interface is modern and very clean. It remains me of WordPress and how I’m a regular user for this platform, I could learn how to use it quickly. This familiarity made me felt like I already knew the software even before I started using it. The image usage is very simple to learn and modify. What I like the most is the ability to manage fields, being able to add, cut, move or remove them. What do you dislike? Contentful lacks of some spelling tools to check ...

Simple interface, robust APIs

What do you like best? The ability to easily add new content models and create interdependencies between them, the GraphQL endpoint is a HUGE plus, the content creation interfaces are pretty intuitive and easy for beginners to use. Friendly support staff, and overall just gets the job done and gets it done well. What do you dislike? I would like the ability to preview linked media in the list view, as well as bulk uploading/editing. I'm finding that scripting is needed for some ...

How our nonprofit team of 4 can compete with multi-million dollar companies

What do you like best? Contentful sites gracefully in the space between developers and content creators. As a solo dev, I've been able to give a team of 10 writers and 2 editors the ability to run with content and control it in a way with out static site builder that looks great and out-performs competitors on SEO. What do you dislike? It's getting better, but migrating content to new models is a bit tough. However as a solo designer/dev for Upsolve, it's also a matter of being ...
