Powerful CRM
What do you like best? Ease of use is top notch, and the visual component of the dashboard keeps me on track. What do you dislike? Over time it has been focused more on real estate professionals even though it works for other fields. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely can improve the way you work with your customers, as well as understand your sales pipeline. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer ...

Inconsistent quality but the price is right
What do you like best? Price + ability to send mass emails. Reminders to follow up with contacts! What do you dislike? Inconsistent quality. Lots of bugs. At least something new goes wrong every other week. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not my first choice, but not my last choice either. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping our contacts organized in one place. We get reminders on when to follow up with ...

Amazing open treated
What do you like best? The fact that I can connect multiple mail accounts and the app automatically tracks phone calls and text messages from my cell phone. What do you dislike? The scale mail works well but has a few limits in terms of sending to larger lists. Recommendations to others considering the product: Open rates are off the charts here What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? this makes keeping in touch with my contacts and ...

Top notch organization, top leads and top of mind communication
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? So, this is how Contactually works: You install it, gather contacts from all its social integrations, sort them out in few different buckets, and contact them. The benefit of this program is that useful information is stored in one database, and you can access it any time to send contacts messages, and to stay in contact with them. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I had a daunting experience sorting contacts ...

Without Contactually, my communication with clients wouldn't be half this efficient
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CRMs are not about collecting contacts, but about grouping them to help you send messages to multiple contacts at once. Not many programs can do that automatically, but Contactually can. You reply with premade templates, and the automated follow ups systemize my processes and allow me to communicate with every party relevant to my business. It is integrated with Gmail and MailChimp, meaning that almost every contact becomes ...

Contactually is a top choice
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I wanted a free CRM, which took me to Top Product first, but I discovered that Contactually is far better. Even when I forget to add someone to my contatc list, I get to track their emails, phone calls and messages, and I get reminded to follow them up every morning. The templates are pre-loaded ones, and I can send messages in no time, while the bomb bomb integration allows me even to send video emails. Glitches and bugs happen as ...

I used to love this program
I used to love this program! Then, they started offered some other features for additional money (cool!). But if you didn't use the credits you purchased quickly (forcing you to buy more credits) they "expired." Right? Are we talking about a CRM or avocados? How would they expire? And OK, fine, let them expire I guess and refund the money back to the user, right? Wrong. Contactually is an F- from a customer service point of view as well. I'll be canceling my account out of principal and ...
