PROS: The product itself is, hands-down, one of the most comprehensive marketing tools that we've used. On top of this, ContactPigeon also has top-notch staff. They have a team that takes customer support to a whole new level with their regular check-ins and tutorials. Thanks to them, we've reached our conversion goals number in record time.

What do you like best about ContactPigeon? Being able to easily create our email campaigns in order to stay connected with our visitors is the most important part for us. Aside from that, we also find great value in the platform premium reporting, the flexibility in creating automation, and the new ideas and features that they always offer.

The platform offers various options for communicating with your customers either by sending campaigns, push notifications, etc. It provides a nice automation workflow builder with flexible features and the company offers real hands-on support and guidance for every step of creating the flows.

What do you like best about ContactPigeon? ContactPigeon offers all the solutions that we look for in one platform. ContactPigeon combines a lot of features that we use (email marketing, pop ups, custom landing pages) in one place. Also the customer service is excellent and our account manager is very helpful with everything we ask her!

Also we can create several email lists with automation options. Another feature we like and also use a lot is the landing pages in order to connect with our customers.

Plenty of features to try out new marketing tactics

PROS: As an ESP, I really love how easy it is to design, build, execute, and monitor the progress of the campaigns. CONS: Don't have anything negative to say. The only thing is that I wish there's a way for us to save and reuse content modules that can be repeated over campaigns. Right now we work around it by copy-pasting the module source code. It's a not big deal but would add to the time saving during campaign creation. Aside from that, it's a fantastic tool!
