What do you like best about ContactPigeon? We use ContactPigeon’s platform for email campaigns, push notifications, pop-ups, segmentation, and the Facebook sync feature. A valuable tool that has never let us down and since 2018 everything has run smoothly.

"A great collaboration with the best customer success team"
What do you like best about ContactPigeon? We have been using ContactPigeon’s platform for a long time for our newsletter campaigns, push notifications, sign-up pop-ups, and all our automations (welcome email, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, push automations). The segmentation functionality is a tool we use almost daily and we are really glad to be working with such an amazing team.The best part is the incredible customer success department, and we love working with our account manager.

An all-in-one marketing solution
PROS: The extensive offering of templates and workflows just blows my mind. ContactPigeon has allowed us to create campaigns from scratch - campaigns that make sense to our customers and our branding as a company. It's flexible and it comes with a top-notch customer support team too!

What do you like best about ContactPigeon? Overall: We value very much CPs variety of services, and our account uses almost every feature with the same effectiveness. We create fun email campaigns, sign-up pop-ups, automated push notifications, landing pages, and a lot of unique automations. Each month we see the tangible results of the successful abandoned cart and browse abandonment campaigns and send automated welcome emails to our new members.

PROS: The plethora of features that this marketing automation tool offers is quite impressive. Plus, the support team that they have been attentive and helpful too. CONS: Easy to use and complete with comprehensive tools - what's not to like?

Great for campaigns that span across multiple channels.
PROS: One of the best things about this product is that we can integrate it into our current eCommerce platform to create targeted campaigns based on our customers' activities. Some of the campaigns we've launched through ContactPigeon include cart abandonment emails and sales reminders.
