The fantastic remote connection system.

Solid product - support adequate
We use Connectwise Sell with an integration to NetSuite. There are some complexities in our business that Connectwise Sell handles better than NetSuite in the quoting process. Support tools have been adequate.

Without a doubt the best
Without a doubt the best, cleanest, easiest solution I've tried over the past 20 years in IT support. I purchased the onsite product for 2 technicians 5 years ago and it has served me very well, some great features like quick connections, preview of remote screen, notes, software version on remote screen, chat and time line. I really couldn't do my job properly without it. I've tried many others including Teamviewer, Splashtop, Anydesk, Logmein etc

It's still a bit awkward for my customers ...
It's still a bit awkward for my customers to download and install the hosting client. This happens about 50% of the time.

Not as good as Teamviewer but the price…
Not as good as Teamviewer but the price was excellent. The downside is that it requires Java to be installed on both machines and most browsers have Java blocked. So far the only browser that I can get it to work with is Pale Moon.
