Comparing Teamviewer to Connectwise.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I'm selling to accounts, not people. Having the ability to categorize something as an account and then sub-categorizing it makes a whole lot of difference. I can include notes for every client as I proceed to make changes or get working on their system. That way, I can gain complete access to data in a single location. The best remote control software that I have ever used.
What do you like best? Intuitive in every way. There seems to be no end to the goodness that is Connect Wise's ScreenConnect. What do you dislike? It's price. File and print sharing could be better. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's very very good I would definitely recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We get to record all of our sessions. We're slowly creating an internal training library for our staff according to the training/support sessions. This time around, our clients can swiftly and easily connect using any smart device, desktop PC/laptop (Linux and Windows), and Mac. What aspects are problematic or could work better? A remote support tool that does its job extremely well.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Deploying it is super easy. It comes with a lot of good features such as the reboot-and-connect-to-safe-mode, shared toolbox, drag-and-drop file transfers, and screen recording. It's nice having these useful features since they're something that's being frequently used. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? It's fast, it's reliable, and super easy to use. Navigating multiple displays is handled better than any other remote access software. I also love the additional insights you can see at a glance such as IP address and user logged on, and whether the session is active or idle. Awesome tool for IT teams
What do you like best? ConnectWise allows you to log into another device from your own. If I am having an issue on my computer, the IT team can log into my machine from theirs using ConnectWise and fix the issue on my computer without having to come over in person. What do you dislike?
