Good for Remote IT Access
What do you like best? Easy to install, great user experience and interface, makes remote access and control very easy when working with clients. What do you dislike? CW is always a little clunky and updates are a headache. CW is due for a design overhaul in general. Best of it's kind though. What problems are you solving with the product? Simple and easy
What do you like best? I like the remote commandline a lot, I find it very useful. What do you dislike? The web admin interface is janky, and sometimes could be laid out better. Amazing remote support tool, beats logmein easily
What do you like best? Its faster, easier to deploy, and far cheaper than logmein. It has got even better with time as they keep adding new functionality that makes managing all of clients easier. What do you dislike? That its not free lol. One thing I would like to see improved is remote powershell if possible instead of basic command prompt from the background scenes. Essential for productivity and a daily driver to our business
What do you like best? The complete ease of logging in and having full access to machines under our agents. Installing an agent is as simple as navigating to a website and clicking "get support", and we can screen share and troubleshoot client issues in seconds.The behind-the-scenes command prompt built in is a bonus. I feel bad writing this review as I hate leaving negative feedback for other companies but this is completely justified as our experience so far with connectwise has to be the worst I have ever received from ANY company in over 13 years of being in business.As a telecoms provider we were told that connectwise was a good fit for us as we needed a tool to be able to manage our support processes, our billing customers and our quotation processes. One or 2 good bits, 1000 bad bits
Overal some good bits once you get your head around it but overal i would not recommend it.Support is shocking, as others have said.I gave a list of issues (around 30 of which some have been arrnage since our go live day and still not addresed and at first it they reached out to help resolve offering free support. I agreed but then all of a sudden they made no contact and closed my support ticket. Re-opening and now they are saying that they had other jobs to do and now if i want support it ...

I find their support lacking
I find their support lacking. I have reached out 3 x's to their sales dept, left 3 messages and have yet to receive a return back.I asked about a feature on the new mobile app- turns out they do not have this feature and they told me to "recommend " this enhancement.I feel they should contact their sw dept and recommend it

ConnectWise Control, does what it says on the tin
What do you like best? ConnectWise Control is a very economical way of connecting to remote PCs. I was a long term LogMeIn user and was getting fed up with the year on year price increases. ConnectWise Control solves this very easily as it has a very low rate once you move up to the 500 to 1,000 PC bracket. It is very quick to connect as well. What do you dislike?
