Connectwise works very well for remotely supporting our field employees.
What do you like best? The ConnectWise client allows me to remotely control remote PC's for troubleshooting. There are many included controls that help this process work smoothly. Very easy to use remote support software
What do you like best? The ease of the user interface, not only for the technician offering support, but also for the user who will connect with the technician. What do you dislike? Sometimes the support on Mac, due to the nature of Mac's security, can be difficult to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of connecting with remote users. It's quick and easy, and feels painless from both sides.

Excellent product, very efficient
What do you like best? I like how simple and straight forward it is in connecting to remote clients. This helps in an MSP environment where you have multiple clients. ConnectWise has prove to be solid tool to support end users
What do you like best? We use the Access functionality which is where we install the client on every single machine in our company that gets provisioned to our employees. That way we can connect to those machines at any time it has an internet connection, which gives us the ability to support with or without end user intervention. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easy to create a remote session. The quality is good. If you are IT and doing work on a machine and have to restart, the session starts automatically. Low cost. easy to take control over in a remote session. As the remote session is starting you can see information regarding the other machine. 95% Android app user here. The recent updated app is almost unusable to myself and other technicians who use it exclusively on Apple devices. When you want to enter expenses, the expense page crashes the app. When you need to make changes to a time you just entered, now you have a duplicate of the wrong time from before and of course, you can't delete any of it. Horrible support - Painful to deploy - Outdated documentation
I see the reviews here and I am wondering how many of them are actually paid by ConnectWise.Our experience has been that there was a very good pre-sales but no support whatsoever after that. We have tickets still opened and escalated after one month. Most of the support request we made were answered by technician that do no know the product and cannot help. How easy it is to use this product ? You have to go through the ConnectWise University to be able to use it ! (no Joke). After 3 months ...
