"The perfect remote software. Excellent."

What do you like best about ConnectWise ScreenConnect? How easy it is to install. The ability to run commands and get information for each machine is amazing. I enjoy the ability to mass message machines in a group. For example I can explain there is or will be an outage. What do you dislike about ConnectWise ScreenConnect? ConnectWise is so easy to use

ConnectWise is so easy to use, even for the novice. The features that allow you to control access are some of the best in the business. The cost is reasonable and we use it for our entire support team.

Best Remote tool

Best remote tool out there. I feel like I have used them all but ScreenConnect is the best one with the most features. Support team could be much better (basically non-existent) but the tool makes up for that.

Excellent remote support toolset.

So far, everything about this application has been rock solid reliable and fast. The only issues have been on the client side, with people's internet and computer systems. The only feature I would like to see is a method to update the Support client on a system after installed. Not access, but support.

Solid program that I use daily

Solid program that I use daily. Works well from my work PC as well as remotely from my home PC in urgent situations. It saves me from having to run across an 85 acre campus for simple password issues, as well as remote software installations.

Best Remote tool
