Great remote tool with an ever growing remote user footprint.

What do you like best? I like the ability to remote and help users no matter where they are as long as they have a sufficient connection to the internet. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of, ScreenConnect/ConnectWise Control is a great product that I have any issues with. Literally the best remote desktop software I have used

What do you like best? Ah it is so fast, so snappy, so lightweight. I have not used a better one then screenconnect. Or I guess they have rebranded it to control. It is not laggy at all, does really well with low bandwiths, so many features! You can make the users screen black while you are using it so they can't see what you are doing. You can reboot into safe mode with networking from the command at the top. Doing onetime sessions are pretty easy. Right now, we use N-central as our RMM ...

The best remote access software I have used!

What do you like best? Reliable. I've tested various remote access programs such as Splashtop and Teamviewer. Connectwise control was a great blend of value and affordability. You can either install an agent for remote access whenever the device is powered on, or you can do remote support with a url and a code. Both features are essential and beautifully implemented. Connectwise is VERY VERY DANGEROUS

Connectwise's Remote Access app, called ConnectWise Control, is a favorite tool for crooks who pose as genuine PC technicians. Good product good support

What do you like best? The pre-failure product reports where we can a warning on imminent hardware failure. What do you dislike? sometimes tickets generated can be overwhelming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to get full asset listings including software installed.

Very helpful tool

What do you like best? Minimal time needed to connect to a client computer in order to troubleshoot issues. Fast, reliable connection that can be toggled to cater to the internet connection speed. Plenty of options available from entering shortcut keys to pasting what's in the clipboard. You can also set up your clients to be able to remote connect to their own office computers remotely. Good tool for remote access

What do you like best? It's pretty easy to establish a remote session with the user using ConnectWise Control. ConnectWise Control works at least for both Windows and Mac devices. What do you like best? The most convenient function of screen connect is having multiple technicians login to the same computer if need be. We switched from Logmein and this was not a feature and served to be a problem on multiple occasions. What do you dislike?
