Long time customer.

I have been using ScreenConnect for years. I recently upgraded to the hosted version of this program and don't know why I waited so long. Fantastic product and service. My business depends on this service.

The screen connect works great except…

The screen connect works great except it would be better if the activate remote printing could stay on, it goes off and then it takes a few tries to get the remote printer to appear as a choice.

Product Support is what let’s them down

The product itself, when it is working, works great!Feature packed and even has a better feature set than other products on the market.Definitely more ‘Technician Friendly’.However, any time you need support, and trust me you will, their support is hopeless. Their updates break integrations with your authentication provider almost every time. They also force upgrades onto you without allow you to pilot the upgrade in a test instance.So be prepared to have to figure it out on your ...

Just a number

You are just a number to them, they don't care. Support don't even read what you're after and go off on a tangent about other things.Account managers that couldn't care less once you've signed your contact and they have their commission.Products which are subpar and charged over the odds in comparison to what's new to the marketplace.

What do you like best? I really like how simple ConnectWise Control is to use. The ability to do all of the things I need to (access computers remotely, run commands, setup custom scripts, and even transfer files makes it an invaluable resource for me. What do you dislike? Terrible UI combined with horrible support. Just trying to cancel so I can move to a better product, but you can't cancel yourself. So, it has been a month and still waiting for even a response to my cancellation request.
