ConnectWise ScreenConnect has always…
ConnectWise ScreenConnect has always served my company well. We use it to support our clients around the world and find it to be the most robust and well thought out of the available options out there for both managed and on-the-fly remote sessions.

Easy to implement
Easy to implement, easy to deploy, easy to manage. Works flawlessly once configured. Allows UAC access on Windows machines. Very clean interface. Love it.

Glad to be a ConnectWise customer....
Over the years I have used several remote support software offerings including MS-native Remote Desktop. While there are similarities between them all, ConnectWise has provided me with a more than ample try before you buy (free) service that encouraged me to opt for a paid account. The audit/tracking features are superior in detail and ease of use to any of the other services I have used.As with most of them, I feel the service is pricey, but it is in line with the the others.

Just works.
Just works.I have found that ConnectWise Control is fast, effective, easy to configure and easy for the customer to understand.I use it for both managed technical support connections, and being able to connect and support a new computer on-the-fly, it handles both easily.

Imperative to our daily operation
Allows us to access customer machines without having to go to site. Saves a great deal of time & makes us look like heroes when we fix problems almost immediately.

Very good at connecting but had to pay…
Very good at connecting but had to pay IT person to set up connection. Couldn't find instructions on how to do it ourselves
