It's hard not to use offensive words…

Excellent program
We were previously using Microsoft Teams' screen sharing to fix IT issues remotely and experienced limitations such as being locked out for any actions requiring higher privileges. ConnectWise does not have any of these limitations and allowed us to deal with issues quickly.

Overall
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. My only complaint is that the macOS version of the screen connect app is not as good as the Windows version. There is not a similar option for prompting for credentials, and you cannot pin windows (like chat and monitors) to the side of your session like you can in Windows. Also, you cannot see a thumbnail of multiple monitors, like you can in Windows.

Why Did I wait so long?
I have found the software very useful and extremely time saving when it comes to helping my customers.Wondering now why I waited so long to start using this type of software.Adding customers on a regular basis.

We just left Teamviewer for Connectwise and this is so much better than TeamViewer in every way!
