ConnectWise works very well for me.

I have been quite happy with my use of ConnectWise. I use it in my software business to connect to my client's computers. My only frustration is when setting up new clients using mac computers, it is very difficult to get the security settings correct to permit access. ... Steve.

Good remote software reasonable price.

Good remote software reasonable price. Works well on phone and mobile. Reasonably priced and good performance unlike many competitors. Has a nice feature to tell you when a machine goes offline which is nice for servers and other infrastructure. Easy to use and send out invitations for support. Unattended client works well.
