ConnectWise Control is the best.
ConnectWise Control is the best. I have used ConnectWise Control now for years and think it is the best remote-control software i have ever used. Exceptionally reliable even over dodgy internet connections.

ConnectWise Control has always been and continues to be the most reliable and effective remote support tool we have ever used in our 15 years of being in the MSP business. It is reliable, consistent, secure, has low resource usage, and gets better and better features as time goes on. I simply do not know how my technicians would even begin to take care of our clients.

It's really easy to use especially for chat support. But there are just some issues if the client is running on MAC. The remote access doesn't work sometimes. Hope you can find a solution for that. =)
