Happy I switched to ConnectWise Control

Previously I was using a competitors (major player in the industry) product and it was getting more expensive and had less features. So I made the switch to ConnectWise. It's been over a year and I am glad I switched. The product works good. I use it for supporting 100 desktops. I don't recall any time over the last year where I was unhappy with the service.

I use this for personal use, but it's been perfect for my needs. I have several computers at my home and I can connect with short notice and work on any issues my family may have

Super easy to use

Super easy to use. I am the whole IT department for a company of 70 in two different locations (UT and TX) and some who work at client sites. ConnectWise makes it very easy to support my users wherever they happen to be located.

I cannot do my job without ConnectWise.

I cannot do my job without ConnectWise. I use their service every day to remote support over 430 workstations. Works flawlessly and the ability to create and push an MSI installer is a life saver.

Having all the different controls that…

Having all the different controls that I didn't before with TeamViewer has been AMAZING! I wish my company had swapped us over sooner. You will not loose sleep if you switch over to this product; it has been absolutely amazing for my techs and I.

All most as good as being on site

This application is very easy use and allows us help out our customers in a way not possible unless visiting them on site. We also used it during Covid to connect to our own computers at work.

Control is awesome

Control is awesome! This one of the few remote control platforms that is orientated for technical users (e.g. IT). Most other tools were limited due to their focus on general users.
