Connectwise Automate, Automates making IT Miserable!The implementation has been a nightmare. It constantly crashes, the agents go offline and have to be reinstalled manually, the policies don’t work, the “automation” triggers security monitoring and causes extra paperwork while at the same time not actually doing the automated task, etc. etc. the list goes on…like most of the other reviews, If I was starting from scratch, knowing what I know now, I would never pick LabTech again.

Moved to Automate from Kaseya

Moved to Automate from Kaseya. Connectwise seems to get good starts on product upgrades that fizzle out and lack follow through. We get the start of a network mapping feature that once released doesn't seem to ever get flushed out into something useable requiring us to buy additional products to do core RMM functionality like network monitoring. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Always has up to date info on PCs. Also has mac and linux support. Integration with connectwise control is great. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Interface is overwhelming. Newer interface has tiles that are imo a failed attempt at a windows 10 style interface. What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? The amount of functionality in Automate is amazing. If you're thinking 'Can it do it' it probably can! From powershell scripting to monitoring. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? The user interface isn't the prettiest - but that's really not a deal breaker! What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? CW Automates agents make knowing your customers extremely easy. We have them installed on over 10000 PCs and havent had many issues. Their dashboard gives you a ton of quick info but the best part is when you actually click on a PC.
