"Reach out and touch someone."

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Makes access to remote systems a breeze. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? some times the server doesn't report things back correctly or you have to force a refresh What problems is ConnectWise Automate solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to work remotly with our 30 plus clients with out having to go on site.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? There are sometimes speed problems, which isn't a huge drawback since that's expected, but a faster product definitely would be nicer. If I was starting from scratch, knowing what I know now, I don't think I'd pick LabTech again.
