"Ease of managing documents"

What do you like best about Confluence? Multiple users can edit the document at the same time and document merging is easy What do you dislike about Confluence? Bit difficult to customize the requirements What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you? Maintaining all the document within organization at a single place and available online all the time.

As a coder, I really like the way the software allows me to speak out using short codes of Coding and images as clarifications. What do you like best about Confluence? Ease of use, with many functionality available to edit and add documents. To make the document more lively, I can add charts, GIFs, and graphs and have various colour sizes for the text. I can add multiple other apps to the document. What do you dislike about Confluence? Support is not prompt in some cases and some features are released without proper testing. What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you? Share knowledge and ...
