PROS: I find the ease of designing questions the best perk of using this platform. I also like the availability of numerous question designing patterns. CONS: They have poor customer care service. Sometimes, it takes forever to reach their team. Aside from that, their manual is outdated so you may get lost if you follow what’s stated there.
