The Concept software has helped drive consistency in quoting.
What do you like best? I appreciate how Concept has provided a consistent process for quoting. In addition the software has allowed us to "bake in" our tribal knowledge which will decrease the ramp up time for new colleagues. What do you dislike? An internal issue (as with any organization) is adoption. Some don't like change, but those who have adopted are seeing the benefits. What do you like best? Configure One's product allows us to develop and maintain a robust, web based product configurator in house with a minimum of programming knowledge. No need to communicate your product rules and desired changes to an outside developer. Everyone I have worked with at Configure One is highly skilled and motivated. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Configuration is easy to maintain and update. Document generation and integration with NetSuite is a huge benefit to our business. We're planning expansion across all our products and further integration and document generation to impact other areas of our business. What do you dislike?
