Configure 1 changing how we do business

What do you like best? The ability to drive consistency throughout our entire process. From the configuration stage to the quote stage to everything driving it through the shop and out the doors. It has helped reduce errors. What do you dislike? There seems to be minimal ways to integrate it with tools that we currently have driving our production through the shops. What do you like best? All the possibilities this system offer. What do you dislike? Hard to understand how it works at the begining What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nice support and avoid to generate the BOM manually

Very good experience with Configure One

What do you like best? Fast and professional help. No question is stupid and there is always a good solution. What do you dislike? Can't really find anything to dislike. Maybe nothing against Configure One really, but there have been some challenges with updating concept versions and apache web server. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic functionality questions. Also customization of Concept, specifically for the business.

What do you like best? Very easy to use and expand. For both programmers and none programmers, the platform is easy to learn and provides a flexible path to create CPQ products. What do you dislike? With certain exceptions for complex quoting systems and multiple currencies, the tool may have limitations for large organizations. With additional customizations, these obstacles can be attenuated. To date C1 has met or exceeded my expectations.

What do you like best? Our first experience with C1 was a test of sorts. We wanted to see if we could capture a complicated ETO design process as part of the C1 configuration process. We were successful. Once the rules are captured it made a complicated procedure that used to require Engineering support, very easy for anybody to use. What do you dislike? This is a robust system, that once you are familiar with it, can be quite powerful

What do you like best? I like the fact that you are able to create different products for your specific needs from the ground up. This gives you complete flexibility on how you can build what you need to better serve your clients. What do you dislike? When I need to add an input for a RT2D to look at i have to go into each RTT2D drawing maintenance and add that input for each drawing. Best CPQ Software and AMAZING Customer Service

What do you like best? The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Communication is open and response times are quick. The software itself is able to accommodate all sorts of scenarios and creating logic rules is quick and easy. A lot of control is given to the customer to customize the software and interface to reflect needs and company branding. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Configure One allows us to manage complex configuration requirements that are far beyond the functionality of our ERP system. This allows for Customer Service Representatives to configure custom products on the fly and price them out real time. What do you dislike?
