What do you like best? ability to copy reports to submit for new month. Less time spent to re-enter same information that is repetitive. Mobile app interface to add documents via camera. As far as an expense management tool goes it gets the job done for our medium sized sales team.

What do you like best? Makes the process of submitting expense reports easy and on the reps time. What do you dislike? Multiple times I had issues with uploading receipts to the report and had to wait several days to be able to do so, I have heard from my employees about the same issues on their ends. What do you like best? The automated process of expense tracking and approval from managers are the best features available in this tool.The ability to upload receipt from anywhere as well as thw trip planner improves the productivity .The exception reporting is also a great feature of this tool. What do you like best? Concur's handling of expense receipt images is reasonably good once they've been uploaded. What do you dislike? The UI design is dated and unintuitive. The application itself tends to be laggy and slow, with unnecessary button clicks in some places. Report generation is buggy and unreliable. What do you like best? For a finance administration tool, the UI is easy to manage and works well. The mobile app integrates very well with the base web app functionality. Loading/storing/attaching receipts, perhaps the most important piece for expense tracking, is rock solid and works without a hitch. What do you dislike?
