What do you like best? This is probably the best expense management tool that we've used. It has a lot of great features through its mobile app for users such as scanning your receipts and the software easily picks up all the items and amounts and even categorizes them for you. SAP Concur Review

What do you like best? I like best that I am able to see the reports and see what expenses I can get reimbursed from. What do you dislike? So far the company I worked for is just starting to use SAP Concur so I have no dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I realize the benefits of attaching the images to see what expenses have been made.

Easy to use for travel expenses

What do you like best? Easy to use software, like the app as well because saving receipts is not the easiest task. What do you dislike? Website seems a little bit outdated, but other than that have not had any issues What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to use Concur to manage all my travel expenses for work, as well as any expenses using the corporate card. My favorite part about Concur is being able to upload photos to the app

Simple but very slow

What do you like best? Enjoy linking receipts to expenses. I also like that hotel/flight/car dates and locations all link up when booking travel. What do you dislike? SO slow. Easy reimbursements

What do you like best? I love how simple concur is to use, even my least tech savvy employees could use it What do you dislike? Honestly, I didn’t find anything about concur that I disliked. Monthly phone internet expense user do not travel much

What do you like best? Concur is implemented with single sign on in our environment so it's a check box like phone app off ours so page. What do you dislike? Great air search engine; needs updating

What do you like best? I like the search engine that includes all airlines in one place including southwest. What do you dislike? When booking travel, there is one more step than you think there might be and people often miss that step when they are learning to use the system or you can miss it if you are in a hurry. What do you like best? It integrates travel and expenses into one platform. It also integrates with ride sharing apps like Uber. What do you dislike? It’s user interface is outdated. It's Ok. Not Great.

What do you like best? I like the app that is available making it easy for business travelers to upload receipts and travel expenses on-the-go. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive enough. Too many clicks and too much data entry required. For example, having to manually enter a "reason" for each business expense. That is time consuming.
