Easy to use and straight forward.

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use and straight forward. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a while to see my expenses show up on the app. Recommendations to others considering the product: Everything is good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to record my business expenses in real time instead of having to save my receipts and do it another time.

It is a great way and tool to keep track of all expenses.

What do you like best? I like that Concur has a sleek design, very modern. What do you dislike? When submitting expenses and it has been in pending, on the home page, it looks like the expense has disappeared. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Submitting all the expenses that the company will reimburse.

Sap Concur provides comprehensive expense processing

What do you like best? As a user it feels very comprehensive: request travel approval, create expense reports from/associated with the approved requests, easy to find prior reports and manage payments. What do you dislike? While very comprehensive in its features, trying to figure out how to use them can sometimes be a challenge. Concur Experience

What do you like best? I like it that it's available on the go, mobile. When I travel I just scan the receipts right away, no need to worry about loosing them What do you dislike? sometimes images don't get thru and get lost in the process. What do you like best? Concur was user-friendly and had multiple ways to enter expense reports based on how you work best. What do you dislike? Concur is a bit more complicated and more of a learning curve than expected

What do you like best? I LOVE being able to upload receipts to the app (when it works) when I'm traveling so that I do not lose them. I also love the company coding is in there to choose from which makes it easier. I love being able to book travel through there as well. What do you like best? The prices in the database are decent. The itineraries automatically adding to the calendar is convenient. What do you dislike? The search system is outdated. The flights are sometimes there but then disappear within the next 5 minutes. The call center charges for every call. Booking takes more than 15 minutes. What do you like best? Having used Concur for multiple years, at multiple companies, it is easy to see why it is the best in the business. From the easy implementation process, to the ability to search and group hotels, flights, and cars into one itinerary, it has become a go to for us. What do you dislike? Making travel requests and expense reports a breeze

What do you like best? I like that I can feel comfortable booking air, car, and in some cases hotels through SAP Concur and the expenses are ready for me to automatically add to my report when I return from travel without having to get receipts uploaded. I also like the connected apps, such as Lift, Uber, etc to allow for streamlined integration. The Concur app is also a must for quickly capturing and discarding receipts (yes, I do this).
