Great for tracking your business expenses and very easy to use!

What do you like best? I like that you can snap pictures of your receipts and upload them. It's a great feature to use while on the go and collecting receipts. I just snap a picture as I get them and upload them for when I'm ready to submit my expense report. Unparalleled convenience

What do you like best? Super easy to book hotel rooms, track mileage and submit expense report. What do you dislike? UI is not the best - there is a bit of a learning curve with Concur but the pros override it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It is very convenient to use and you can easily access your expenses. What do you dislike? Sometimes the category of expenses is wrong. Easy expense management

What do you like best? Concur is a simple process, although I have to itemize everything. Easy to upload receipts and I can even load expenses directly through the app. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the capabilities of the credit card import process. What do you dislike? The ability to create a report is a clunky process. You can't easily search for the headings and data you want to report on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track the majority of our travel expenses in one location.

Clunky, but gets the job done

What do you like best? I like how SAP Concur allows easy integration with the credit card company (Diners in my case). This allows for category sync with expense codes and business reasons. I also like how trip information is brought in from SAP Concur for flight bookings to assign easy trip and Per Diem review. What do you dislike? Fairly easy to utilize

What do you like best? Not much training required to be provided to employees submitting expense reports as it is fairly self explanatory. What do you dislike? What do you like best? SAP concur gives multiple options to select from while submitting expenses. You can upload bills by scanning them, link Uber and other service providers directly so ghat you need not attach or even scan, it directly picks up the bills based on your travel.
