Excellent. Been using C5 for 9 years

What do you like best? Very easy to customise and users love the user experience What do you dislike? Some customizations rely on quite a bit of heavy uplift. In terms of setting up blogs for example. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get using it. Its fantastic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly corporate websites allowing no specialists the chance to manage online content

Very flexible CMS, was limited by the agency managing it for us

What do you like best? Concrete5 being open source is a great asset for finding integrations that others already created for your website. Everything we wanted to do with our website we were able to, either by custom programming or integrations from the marketplace. What do you dislike? We had an agency managing our overall Concrete5 account and this limited us in what we were able to do. Recommendations to others considering the product: Choosing a CMS is very important. ...

I have had positive a experience with Concrete5. I have built a couple of sites on it.

What do you like best? Easy edits, lots of resources, pretty good customer service forums. I really like the themes and how you can take a theme design and make it your own. Most CMS have limitations. What do you dislike? The updates. Seems like every three months there is an update. I actually did an update and it disrupted the entire site. I had to do a complete rebuild. The contact page, despite the fact there is a recaptcha, doesn't seem to have a spam filter. I get inundated with ...

Can be customised easily.

What do you like best? The ability and flexibility that it offers. You can basically customize concrete however you need. Also, the WYSIWYG editor is amazing. There are several plugins like the designer block that make the experience awesome. What do you dislike? The community support. There is sufficient support but not as much as I would like What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Concrete 5 allowed me to give access of the client to ...

Helpful software to manage website for you or your clients.

What do you like best? Drag and drop features. Easy to use. Quick to understand. Easy editing. Freedom of design What do you dislike? Many steps are involved to create a new element. Sometimes drag and drop doesn't work. Concrete doesn't work if versions differ. Error messages are not very understandable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Simple but effective software to manage your or clients websites. What problems are you solving with the ...

A powerful CMS which provides scalable development and easier to understand

What do you like best? The best thing I find in concrete5 is how easier and scalable this CMS is. It allows you to create custom blocks from existing blocks with proper structure. You can create packages, write automated jobs and much more. What do you dislike? It takes lot of time during installation, and every new version adds more tables which makes sometimes installation failed in middle, like timeout issue. Most of the time we need to find work around. Need more work on stability ...

Great CMS for 80% of websites on the web.

What do you like best? Concrete5 easy of use for the end user is it clam to fame. Very easy on page editing and can build out more complex pages using custom attributes. What do you dislike? From a development stand point, concrete5 can be hard to use for 3 or more developers on a project. S There is no syncing process between local development environments and remote environments this can cause issues on large projects. Also scaling the CMS for very large project (250+ plus pages) ...

User Friendly for End Users, not so much for IT

What do you like best? Training the end-users on this software was pretty easy. We made a guide and everything seems to be running smoothly for the most part. We will occasionally get a question or two on something, but for the most part, everything seems to work fine! What do you dislike? Using Concrete5 as an IT user has been a pain. It isn't too much of a negative, but uploading files doesn't seem to be as straightforward as it could be. However, as long as it works well for the end ...
