Concord software review
What do you like best? Concord organized our contracts and allowed us to store all our documents in one spot. Now we can also track the status of the contract process. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The integration with Microsoft Word and the flexibility What do you dislike? There is really nothing that I dislike about this app Recommendations to others considering the product: This tool will change your organization in the best way possible What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to have all information under one single pain of glass with approval flows makes contract signing more easier

Streamlines the production process
What do you like best? I have to use this very often to produce photoshoots, and since everything is online - it makes accountability a lot easier. What do you dislike? Mobile accessibility needs to be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good tool but needs improvements
What do you like best? I like some functionalities of concord, like version control and approval workflows. The discussion panel is brilliant and it's incredibly useful when you need to work out what to do next and what has been done. What do you dislike? The signature process is clunky and actually quite poor. I am aware that they are making changes to that so it will improve. The implementation process was not as smooth as I hoped, it took a long time and the continuous delays were ...

So Easy to Use
What do you like best? I like that the format is similar to gmail, so it is simple, and intuitive to use.I like that through the tagging system, not all users in the company have access to every contract in the database, they just have access to ones they uploaded, and ones tagged to their department. What do you like best? Easy contract management
What do you like best? -East to have a contract repository outside of Google docs allows for review of where contracts are in the signing stage What do you dislike? -Search function can leave some space to be desired, hard to search for multiple things and sometimes don't find what I'm looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Made it easy to have a company wide document repository and a single place to track what needs to be signed.

Concord has been a terrific addition to our company workflow!
What do you like best? The level of organization is really fantastic, particulary with multiple subsidiaries under one parent company. I love that we can brand each subsidiary so emails appear to come from the name of the company the third party recognizes. I also appreciate that Concord continues to strive to hear the customers' feedback and recommendations for improvements to meet our needs.
