An amazing product!
What do you like best? Ease of use definitely! Concord was easy to implement for my organization and east to train my employees on the platform. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have any dislikes about Concord. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document storage in one place is by far the problem we solved the most. I can also run some great reports to help us look at our metrics.

Contract Management -- Make it Easier for You and Your Team
What do you like best? Ease of making templates, keeping track of where the document is in the process, e-signatures and a great contract depository. What do you dislike? The email notifications to customer's sometimes go into the spam/junk folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We did not have a contract management system prior to Concord.

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of the system. The signing process is straightforward and easy. What do you dislike? Lack of features, no ability to customize fields. What do you like best? The searchability and reporting features are most useful to us. What do you dislike? There are a few features that we are anxiously awaiting, but overall its a functional platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a user-friendly, searchable platform with a simplified signing mechanism and reporting options. We found it with Concord.

Concord is good for sharing documents but has many formatting and administrative issues to address.
What do you like best? Concord has a very short learning curve, and works well for version control on documents. In most cases, it is useful for sharing comments on documents with external entities What do you dislike? The formatting when you upload documents is horrible. Tables especially. I have lost entire documents in Concord that my administrator could not find. I had trouble getting access to documents in Concord for people critical to the signature chain. Great Software + Great Customer Service
What do you like best? The intuitiveness of the program. Everything from setting up templates to managing workflows. What do you dislike? The format of imported word docs with tables + pics gets slightly thrown off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Concord - Simplicity not in lieu of complexity
What do you like best? I enjoy using Concord and find that the complexity the system offers isn't dumbed down by the simplicity of the tool itself What do you dislike? The only slight dislike I have found with Concord is that the underlying text editor has been deprecated which has caused a change in some of our processes. Its easy to navigate and use, i create many contracts weekly so its definitely straightforward to create using our legal templates What do you dislike? lack of automation, need to manually chase unsigned contracts. formating is a nightmare when copy and pasting What problems are you solving with the product? Fantastic Organizational Tool
What do you like best? I love the functionality and ease of use that Concord has. It makes processes easier to implement. This is a wonderful tool for organizing documents that are essential to our business. What do you dislike? So far, nothing bad to say. I have had moments when I upload a document and I have to spend time reformatting the doc. It's not a big issue, but a minor annoyance that I don't think is the fault of Concord.
