What do you like best about Concept 3D? I really like the service. Our rep is responsive and friendly and genuinely listens and cares about our success. What do you like best about Concept 3D? Concept 3D is always available to help when needed. What do you dislike about Concept 3D? Some glitches on IOS at times, but they try to fix them quickly. What problems is Concept 3D solving and how is that benefiting you? Guiding our users to specific materials and places.

What do you like best about Concept 3D? The map is very user-friendly for students and visitors of the NMSU Campus. What do you dislike about Concept 3D? The cost to render out or fix buildings is quite high. There is little control for clients in this regard. Labeling was made easier for buildings but not roads. What problems is Concept 3D solving and how is that benefiting you? This is helping students find their classes and student services.

The way finding still needs a bit of work as it sometimes creates route through walls but overall a great product What do you dislike about Concept 3D? Wayfinder is still a bit not perfect. It sometimes will create route through walls that are established but overall that is a rare instance to encounter in the system. What problems is Concept 3D solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Concept 3D? Everything is pretty easy to use! They are pretty available to answer questions. The look of the campus map is beautiful and translates well to print, however we had to do this pretty manually. Would be nice to have more help on connectin an overall map strategy. It can be complicated. I also love that students have the flexibility to navigate a tour as they wish - no hard starting or ending point. It's pretty flexible. What do you dislike about ...
