PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I appreciate that the majority of the fields in this software have a corresponding help section. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I would like this software better if it would have an option for automatic updating. Perfect tool for accounting

Complicated Software
What do you like best? The job cost reports are my favorite feature What do you dislike? Antiquated software for sure - not user friendly, the interface is outdated and it is not easy to export data to other formats. Entry screens are outdated and finding data that has already been entered can be complicated. Gets the job done
What do you like best? Computer Ease is fairly user friendly once you get used to it. Running reports is easy. The Payroll/Hr function is very good! What do you dislike? It is a little harder to run reports to Excel, which is the most useful format. Some of the Project Managers don’t love how job reports are ran or making PO’s in the system. I find ComputerEase to be pretty user friendly and easy to manipulate.
What do you like best? There is a help menu or F1 feature in most of the fields within the program. What do you dislike? Before anything will show up on the GL you need to run the update. I wish this would automate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems.

Functional but hardly user friendly
What do you like best? It has all of the features that I need to track and monitor costs on current and past projects. What do you dislike? The software is no where near intuitive. I am no slouch with software, but I have a hard time peeling back all of the onion layers required to run even basic reports unless someone shows me and even then finding my way back to the location of said report is a chore.
