Perfect tool for accounting

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? ComputerEase is a very user-friendly software. It contains all the reports we may need for work. It also supports data transparency. What aspects are problematic or could work better? They often release updates. You have to update the software every month or so in order to maximize its usability. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I would like this software better if it would have an option for automatic updating. I find ComputerEase to be pretty user friendly and easy to manipulate.

What do you like best? There is a help menu or F1 feature in most of the fields within the program, which allows the help menu to open up in the section of the module you are currently in. What do you dislike? Before anything will show up on the General Ledger you need to run an update. I wish this would automate. The response time for submitting a technical support ticket delayed tremendously. It was 7 days after submitting a ticket related to a payroll issue before I received a ...

What do you like best? I’ve only ever used this software on one assignment but I found the ease of learning, its user-friendliness and intuitiveness to be wonderful to work with. What do you dislike? Not bad, not great

What do you like best? It can produce a lot of nice reports which can be helpful. I also LOVE that it communicates with a field software, thatis so helpful What do you dislike? The training for the software was subpar. I had to learn most of what I know myself, which took time I didnt have.
