"Takes some time to learn, but no limits to flexibilty."

What do you like best about CommonSpot? Flexible, scalable and built on ColdFusion. What do you dislike about CommonSpot? Would like more drag and drop and a larger baked in widget library, but there is not limit so I built in all the widgets I could ever need using open source JavaScript libraries etc... Recommendations to others considering CommonSpot: Make sure you invest in training for your employees. Those who fear change will disrupt the process and CommonSpot is not for people who ...

"Learned quickly on this user-friendly software"

What do you like best about CommonSpot? I appreciate how user friendly the software is. Making routine edits is easy and I can easily step back in and not spend a ton of time trying to figure out all the features. The administrators were able to make a clean theme for users, and users did not have to worry about messing things up! What do you dislike about CommonSpot? Some of the more advanced features differ greatly from the competitors. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Former user"

What do you like best about CommonSpot? Ease of use. I received a couple hours of training then felt comfortable using the software. What do you dislike about CommonSpot? There wasn't much I disliked but I did use a decent amount of trial and error. "It's okay to use if your company uses it"

What do you like best about CommonSpot? The content editor is pretty nice from what I remember and it was extendable using coldfusion so if there was something more in depth you needed you do you could do it. The menus and tree selections were very deep and sometimes hard to navigate or remember where things were..Sometimes ajax loaders would timed out but I think it had to due with inner network connections between. "Still Learning and Still Trying New Things"

What do you like best about CommonSpot? I like how engaged the customer care team is. There's a quick responsive and display of consistent concern over user experience. That makes all the difference, especially if you don't have a colleague you can consult or if you need an answer quickly from someone who knows the system very well. For that alone, I would recommend at least consulting with the Commonspot team if you reconsidering how to manage your online presence and make the best use of ...

"Jayke's CommonSpot Review"

What do you like best about CommonSpot? CommonSpot templates provide functionality without scripting. Integrating YouTube with CommonSpot was an easy process. It also wasn't a challenging CMS to learn. Having been a student at UW-Eau Claire I applied a web content steward who had slim to no technology systems experience. From day one I found that CommonSpot was easy to understand and I knew I had help if needed. What do you dislike about CommonSpot? Eventually the university decided to ...
