It is so easy to customize that sometimes you can be a bit lost, but the customer sucess help you What problems is commercetools solving and how is that benefiting you? leaving our old ecommerce architecture, to put a Microservice architecture in place

It's a great platform and very easy to integrate into. Recommendations to others considering commercetools: Highly recommended. Very popular and user friendly.
