"Cutting edge technology backed by a dedicated team that goes above and beyond"

What do you like best about CommandBar? Our company used CommandBar to back our first experiment with AI by releasing a public facing chatbot via their HelpHub feature. From the moment we connected with the CommandBar team, we were connected with a dedicated team of representatives that are extremely responsive and eager to work with us to develop and release a solution that fit our use case. The team is constantly adding new features and improving their product and we feel that our ...

"Great product that has a ton of potential"

What do you like best about CommandBar? I love how easy it is for us to run tests, announcements, feature nudges, and get feedback from users after they take specific actions in our app. It's made it easier than ever to communicate quickly and timely to our customers.

"Easy to setup, our customers love it"

What do you like best about CommandBar? It's super easy to get started. I was able to setup the SDK a few months ago and haven't touched it much since. Today I added new data in just a few minutes. Couldn't be easier!

"Useful for our quick experiments"

What do you like best about CommandBar? It is very intuitive to configure/create any flow in Command Bar. The interface to create and organise your components is too easy to understand, so that any kind of role (even non-technical) can configure flows.

"Develop without coding skills as a Product Manager!"

What do you like best about CommandBar? I found CommandBar to be extremely convenient for adding actions to my specific area of the product. It eliminated the need to involve engineers and designers or overload the UI. This was especially beneficial during the pre and post-launch phases when we were rapidly introducing new features and addressing user feedback. The insights gained from user search queries provided valuable information about their needs and inspired ideas that may not have ...

"If we didn't have CommandBar for our app, we would have to build some inferior solution"

What do you like best about CommandBar? CommandBar gives us multiple “levers” to impact user experience. We can pick and choose the levers that are most relevant for whatever goal we are focusing on at the moment. For example, we can use nudges to drive attention towards valuable features. We can use HelpHub to get users to common support questions without having to pay a support agent to respond to them (and the typical slowness of a human-based chat).
