"Slick treats for our users"

What do you like best about CommandBar? One of the best designed end-users experiences I’ve encountered in a “Saas for SaaS” product. There are lots of nice touches like the ability to snooze a message with natural language, follow along with a tutorial video side-by-side, trigger an action from the Copilot. Overall just a really slick experience and we keep discovering new gems.

"Stacked up well against DAP alternatives assessed"

What do you like best about CommandBar? We found CommandBar via G2 and there are a lot of vendors on the grid. We evaluated many of them. Some just via the website and others put through a substantial trial, including CommandBar. CommandBar performed the best in user testing, and also scored very highly on ease of setup. As a result we chose to work with them.

"Obvious but fun AI use case"

What do you like best about CommandBar? Lots of random AI products floating around. The CommandBar use case actually makes a lot of sense. Was pleased to see that there was more there than just custom chat with custom training data. Sometimes answers from chatbots are verbose, much nicer to give a user a next step that can solve their problem or just do something for them.

"Lives up to the Copilot branding"

What do you like best about CommandBar? Tried lots of “custom AI chatbot” style products and most are thin wrappers around chatgpt that all basically replicate support bots. CommandBar markets their Copilot differently and I was surprised that it actually lives up to the name. The integration with their other products is slick. Being able to trigger a product tour from a chat is a neat loop that we’ve sprinkled through rough edges in the app.
