Good tool to manage work flows and tasks

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It helps to manage simple, yet important processes. You can set up something like 3-step process and make it more complex, when you know how to optimise it - really easy and effective. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I don't like how attached files work. Browser offers to download them instead of view. That's something that can be easily fixed.. What do you like best? We were able to track all project variables and collaborate effectively. This helps us close projects faster now and at less cost. What do you dislike? I cannot say I found anything I dislike about the software as at the time of use. I found the interface lovely and it was also great that one could customize functionality, look and feel for differents departments and as desired. What problems are you solving with the product?
