I have mostly use this for tracking and reporting purpose and it has become an efcetive system when it comes not only on workflow management but also on storing and tracking the details. What do you like best? It has integrated an excellent graphic editor of workflows. Your UI is stable enough to allow you to create reports on the status of each job, and also to be able to design websites visually. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can present freeze errors, since it consumes too much RAM (up to 4GB.
