What do you like best? Tasks could vbe assigned to the users and escalated. The team was able to understand the interfacing with the active directory. What do you dislike? The setup took a lot of time and then the user creation was very cumbersome as you have to kove from Architect mode to Admin mode. It takes a lot of time and patience to toggle.
