What do you like best? What do you like best? The option to create individual interview workflows per position works great because our interview processes vary across departments. We're able to adjust the position or candidate workflows on the fly and have been able to include steps as a checklist for our talent acquisition specialists to ensure all necessary steps are completed for new hires.
