Good for scheduling, needs work on reporting & direct search functionality

What do you like best? pretty easy to use & UI is neat. It does make scheduling interviews quite painless. What do you dislike? reporting functionality is primitive. Intelligent Search functionality within the DB is non-existent Recommendations to others considering the product: easy to use but can't search for candidates very well in the DB What problems are you solving with the product?
