What do you like best? The user interface is very helpful in tracking the process of all candidates- this means that candidates are not 'left hanging' during the process. It is an excellent management tool for recruitment. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its very good tool where we can track complete history of the interview process. The comments and point system is also very good. Notification and flagging featured helped us great. The filter option is good which I used always.The email facility from the tool is handy.The export facility of the candidate is also very handy.
